At
left, starting on the left, there is Duchess Alisha next to Countess Valeria,
Duchess Larissa and Countess Margaret. On the right is Countess Octavia and Countess
Sara who's hugging Countess Kayleigh, who has just joined their Order, The Ladies
of the Rose, and Countess Tessa is behind them, not quite visible. On the right, Lord Caelin on Andrede announces that Lady Anezka
has just become the newest warranted chirurgeon in the kingdom. Vivat! The kingdom
is currently in need of more chirurgeons, so please follow this good Lady's example
if you are able.
On
the left, King Timo has summoned any newcomers who were attending their first
SCA event. Sir Graf Galen, standing before the King, was the sitting King when
His Majesty Timo attended his first event and called him before the populace
to give a public welcome. Having set the example, King Timo wanted to do likewise
and in the process lift up Sir Graf Galen as his own example that defined the
dream for him that day. At right, Lord Antigonus Bearbait and Lady Eleanor make
an announcement promoting the new Children's Bardic Handbook's. Lady Eleanor
was the other finalist in King Alaric's anthem challenge to the Bards of Ansteorra,
and Antigonus performed a heart pounding original piece of his own earlier in
the day.

At
left, Sir Richard de Montbrai and his lady Alienor from the Kingdom of Atlantia came to offer gifts and thanks
for Ansteorra's alliance and who plans to stand with Ansteorra at Gulf War in
the spring. On the right, members of the shire of Moonshadowe have presented
Their Majesties with some fine banners for Their use at Pennsic and throughout
Their reign.

To
the left, Sir Duncan of the Sable Star won the King's Champion competition and
receives accolades from his king. Sir Duncan was also named deputy to the Earl
Marshal of Ansteorra, Sir Kief, seen there behind His Majesty. At right, Huscarl
Nassir from Calontir receives a Sable Falcon in the presence of all the other
holders of the Sable Falcon who were in attendance. Ansteorra has signed a new
treaty with Calontir, who so valiantly aided us at Gulf War.

On
the left, some of the new members of the Royal Guard: l-r, Lord Virgil von
Augsburg, Lord Erasmus Tottengrabber, Lord John of Svern and Sir Godwin of
Eddington. On the right, the Royal Guard continues
with: l-r, Don Robert McFarlane, HL Benedict Ashton, Lady Magdelena, HL Isobel
Hadleigh and Lady Etain O'Rourke.

Having
lost a wager on the outcome of the Stars of Ansteorra, His Majesty fulfilled
his promise to award the same trophy as that which had been won on the battle
field, and presented Lord Avery Shaw with Lord Stanley's Cup! At right, here
is a nice shot of Their Stellar Majesties Ansteorra, King Timotheous and Queen
Allyson.

At
left, a shot of the past and future for the Barony of Stargate, as Baron Michael
Silverhands and Baroness Neassa the Obstreperous (standing on the right), announced
that the new Baron & Baroness of Stargate would be Sir Godwin of Eddington
and Lady Lissa (standing on the left). At right, Her Majesty Allyson hugs and
congratulates the Baroness of Ravensfort, HE Chrystal Ariana MacRuari for hosted
Their coronation and making it such a wonderful event.
