At
left, King Timotheous listens closely to Master Edwin's accounting
of the dowry proposed to accompany the King's wedding to Princess Allyson.
One stipulation was that Her Highnesses children of a previous marriage would
retain rights to the throne. His Majesty thought momentarily, but
concluded that they were indeed pretty cute and agreed to the terms. On the right, a look at part of the dowry that was carried in by several individuals.
Of course, these were mere trinkets compared to the Princess herself and rumor
has it that the King would have wed Her for much less.
To
the left, sealed with a kiss. VIVAT REX! VIVAT REGINA! On the right, the Lions
have returned to court to relinquish the Great Sword of State to it's rightful
place.
Other
peers of the realm and Great Officers of state give their fealty. On the right,
members of the Order of the White scarf give their fealty. Seated in
the foreground is Celestine of the Steppes who silently heralded (signed) the entire court without a break.
What a marvelous service! VIVAT!
On
the left, as one of Their Majesties first acts, the coronets are placed on Earl
Alaric Drake and Countess Kayleigh Drake. Vivat! At right, Countess Kayleigh
joins the ranks of the Ladies of the Rose. Starting on the left, there is Duchess
Alisha (who traveled all the way from Caid (California) to be here). Next to
her is Countess Valeria, Duchess Larissa and Countess Margarett. On the right
is Countess Octavia, Countess Sara and Countess Tessa.
