On
the left, Baron Llywelyn and Baroness Xene bid Their Majesties, Their Highnesses
and Their Excellencies farewell for the final time--at this court. At right,
having the weight of the barony lifted from one's shoulders may be a relief, it
may also be bittersweet where Life Has Been So Good.
At left, Queen Kayleigh recognized young Kevin Hepburn who had helped her
during the day's tournaments and also bid him call the next individual in to
court. By all appearances, a surprised Lord Duncan Hepburn, called by his son
Kevin, was summoned before Their Majesties to join the Order of the White
Scarves.
At left, Lord Duncan swears his fealty to the throne of Ansteorra. While at
right, Their Majesties place the regalia of the Order on Don Duncan!, it's
newest member.
To the left, Don Llywelyn is one of many Dons & Donas to congratulate their
newest brother, who is either VERY fast or has a poor photographer. I suspect a
bit of both. To the right, Lady Afan receives ? (a comet perhaps) for her
exceptional service to the Incipient Canton of Glaslyn. 
At left, is this Lord Daire de Heya who has just received his Award of Arms? On
the right, Lord Timothy of Glastonbury receives a Sable Thistle for his
wonderful expertise in the Bardic arts.
Even blurry, you can see the look Her Highness Allyson was sending my way. Is
it any wonder I got nervous and moved to quickly? But I couldn't resist the
chance to capture the two loveliest ladies in the kingdom. Even blurry, they
look good, just imagine if this image was clear. At right, a visiting Duke
Stefan of Bellatrix requested a boon of His Majesty Alaric.
Duke Stefan had recently been residing in the Barony of Bjornsburg and offered
thanks and gifts to His Excellency, Baron Emrys and Baroness Brianna. At right,
Duke Stephen announced that he will soon be leaving Bjornsburg & Ansteorra
and will be unable to return for an extended period. At which, HE Emrys and Duke
Stefan exhibited genuine affection & admiration for the chance to know and
learn from other during Stefan's time in Bjornsburg.
Ever courteous, Duke Stefan thanked Their Majesties for endulging him and vowed
the allegiance of his self and of House Bellatrix to Ansteorra whenever she
might have need of their services.
