Gulf War VIII

If you have pictures from this event you'd like to see here, e-mail them to Armand. |
These images were taken by my ladywife, Ameline du Bois, on Thursday during the second castle battle.
On the left, from in front of the castle
we see the force which will soon attack. On the right, the castle defenders are just as
numerous.
At left, the castle gates have been opened
and Lord Raimond can be seen marshalling in his red marshal's tabard. (With the black
circle containing the crossed swords of the marshal's office). At right, Lord Lew of the
Arthurian Company can be seen in his wonderful gold and blue tabard.
On the left, His Majesty Gunthar can be
seen in the first gold tabard from the left. He was 'always on' issuing orders that
eventually led to our victory in this battle. On the right, the castle defenders have
spilled out of the castle after thinning out the attackers and are now mopping up the
dregs.
At left, we find a bemused Sir Drake asking "What do you mean the
War was cancelled?"
These images were provided by Lord Caelin one Andred.
At left, their Majesties Gunthar &
Sara await the beginning of the procession as Sir Wilhelm von Buch makes sure all are
ready .On the right, Elfsea is well represented behind the banners of Ansteorra. Moving
left, from behind the knight in the white cloak, a barely visible Baroness Xene is in
front of Anthony who is standing in front of Centurion Airaklee Wolf. Wolf is speaking
with Baron Llewelyn. Next we see some of the Arthurian Company with Mistress Stella, Sir
Galen, Moerick, Daniel and HL Allesandre.
To the left, in front of Their Royal Majesties we can see Centurion Don
Miguel (in the red Centurion's cloak) next to Sir Alaric Drake, our King's Champion.
At left, we see Elfsea's Warrior Baroness,
Mistress Zara Zina looking for some of Elfsea's children. And to the right, being the wise
ones they are, Whitney and Anthony (a new baronial paige) have joined Her excellency at
the baronial encampment.
This image was provided by Lord Robert of Slugglen.
Regina Ansteorra, Her Majesty Sara Penrose during the Great Procession.
