On
the left, English and French leaders meet on the battle field to negotiate. At
right, Edward III's wife and Queen of England, Phillipa of Hainault (Lady
Muriela de Clare) watches the negotiations, along with Sir John Talbot (Sir
Alexis).
At
left, after crappy negotiations, Sir John Talbot demonstrates his obsession for
a tidy battlefield. At right, Lord Daniel Stewart, fighting for the English, was
awarded a Sable Falcon by His Majesty, King Timo, who not only witnessed Lord
Daniel's exemplary bravery at charging out of the castle, through the French and
attacking an enemy siege weapon, but then also demonstrating amazing cunning in
making it (quite quickly) all the way back into the castle unharmed. Vivat Lord
Daniel!

At left, children's activities were a great hit as these smalls got to
construct treasure boxes and plaster catapults. At right, there's a copule of
the ballistae that were put to the test this day.

The remaining images on this page are of the French forces defending the castle
from the invading English.
