Browsing the Catalog is now even easier. Begin at the Product Index, and then flip through the pages just as you would a bound catalog. You can get back to the Index at any time by clicking the button. Or you can simply flip through the catalog beginning at First Page .

Our shopping cart uses 3 window frames to make placing an order as easy as possible.

Search Tips

If you know our product number you can simply enter that to find pages that contain that number.Otherwise, you may enter a partial description of what you wish to find.

Upper and/or Lower Case has no effect on the search engine. Use either or both.

It is generally better to leave off any trailing 'S'.
    ie, search for BALL not BALLS, (see the results below)

The * (asterisk) is a wildcard character that often provides better search results.

You can also use the words AND & OR to either broaden or limit your search results.

Here are some examples:

WORKING WITH YOUR SHOPPING CART

To:

• Use Custom Order Pages (Previously Ordered Items)

This time saving feature allows you to see items you have purchased before without having to search for individual items on every visit.

In the navigation frame (top right frame), below the grahpic buttons you can click on a link to see all the items you have previously ordered or only the items from your most recent online order. (These pages will not include product images)

• Add an Item to your shopping cart:

  Quick Entry (If you know the Gene Rich Item Number):

  1. Click the 'Order By Catalog Number' link in the top window (just below the scrolling products).

  2. In the Main frame (lower right window), enter a quantity and press your [TAB] key.

  3. Enter the Gene Rich Item Number and press your [TAB] key.

  4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for up to 10 items.

  5. Click on the 'Verify Item Numbers' button.

  6. Verfied item numbers are listed with the current stock available for each.

  7. Very Important: Click the '<--Add All Items Found to Cart' button to add the items to your cart.

  8. Click the 'Enter More Items' button and repeat steps 2 thru 7 to enter additional items.

If you do not know the Gene Rich Item Number:

1. In the search frame, click on the "Search For:" box. (The blank box for entering your search text.)

2. Type an item number, partial description or catalog page number.

3. Click on the Search button. (A list of links will display in the Main frame.)

4. Click one of the links in the Main frame to view the catalog page.

5. On the catalog page, find the item you wish to add and
   Click in the quantity box and change the order quantity to the amount you need. Then click the Add button for that item.

Change the Order Quantity of one or more items in your shopping cart:

1. Click on the VIEWCART button.

2. Adjust the order quantity for one or more items.

3. Click on UPDATE QUANTITIES.

Remove a Single Item from you shopping cart:

1. Click on the VIEWCART button.

2. Set the order quantity to zero.

3. Click on UPDATE QUANTITIES.

Place your order:

1. Click on the CHECKOUT button.

2. If you have not already logged in, you will be asked to do so before proceeding to checkout. (Enter your Email Address and Password.)

3. Select the location for which your order is destined. (If necessary.)

4. Review your order. Be sure to include your purchase order #.
   (Note: Please use the Tab key or mouse to move between fields. The ENTER key will submit your order.)

5. Click on Submit to actually send us your order. A confirmation will be emailed to your login E-Mail address.
