does not constitute an offer to sell.
Prices
Our prices are subject to change without notice.
All orders will be invoiced at the prevailing price
at the time of shipment.

Descriptions, List Prices, Units of Measure, Standard
Package Quantities and UPC codes. You can enter a
multiplier to re-calculate the Net Price column to
aid in updating your own purchasing database. Please

Payment
Terms
2% 10th Prox., NET 30 days to approved accounts.
Discounts will be allowed on invoices paid on or before
the 10th of the month following shipment. Invoices
dated after the 24th are considered next month's billing.
Cash discount applies only to merchandise. Unearned
discounts will be left open as an unpaid balance to
the account. Any amount past due is subject to a finance
charge of 1-1/2% per month on the past due balance
in accordance with the Truth-In-Lending Act.
Minimum
Order
$50.00 Net order. Orders under $50.00 net cost
will be assessed a $5.00 handling charge.
Service
Charges
$8.00 will be charged for shipments from
our warehouse to the bus terminal.
C.O.D.
Orders
No cash discounts allowed on any C.O.D. orders.
Taxes
Federal, state, county or municipal taxes which we
may become liable for shall be charged to and paid
by the customer.
Freight
Terms
All merchandise is sold F.O.B. Fort Worth, Texas.
Gene Rich & Co., Inc. selects carriers for prepaid
freight. Freight will be Prepaid & Allowed on
orders totaling $750.00 net value or more at
one time to one destination. No freight allowed for
orders under $750.00 net value under any circumstances.
Delivery
Normally we ship all orders same day received and
this will be done when possible. We cannot be liable
for any loss incurred for delays in shipping, whatever
the reason might be.
Returns
Returned merchandise will not be accepted and/or credited
without prior approval from Gene Rich & Co., Inc.
All returns must be prepaid. Non-defective merchandise
must be in original, clean packaging and may be subject
to a 15% handling charge.
Guarantee
Our guarantee shall be limited to the replacement
or credit; not to exceed the original purchase price,
and shall not include any installation or labor charges
of any kind. All Gene Rich & Co., Inc. merchandise
is guaranteed against defects in workmanship or material
for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
We reserve the right to determine if merchandise returned
is defective, and our judgment shall be final in such
matters.

Gene Rich & Co., Inc. shall not be liable for
special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages,
and GENE RICH & CO., INC.'s liability, whether
in contract, tort, under warranty, or otherwise, shall
not exceed the price of the product or part on which
such liability is based.
