For the benefit of the Barony of Elfsea, Kingdom of Ansteorra and it's fighting communities, Armand's warehouse is offered as an indoor location for fighter practices. When weather threatens to cancel a practice, the warehouse may be available (with a little notice). Although I am unable to commit it's use on a regularly scheduled basis, I will be glad to open it up for the occasional use.

All adult fighters within the Kingdom are welcome, for Heavy, Rapier and Archery (combat) practice. The location is well lighted and has overhead heaters.

To request a practice time, or check to see if the warehouse is open please contact Armand at:

*  If you arrive before the building is open, feel free to use the grassy area in front of the warehouse.
It's a good idea to check the Elfsea List for messages regarding time changes or cancelled practices.

Directions from Randol Mill Park to this site are as follows:

• From I-30 and Fielder Rd, travel West on I-30 approximately 10 miles.
• Exit at Beach Street
• Turn South (left) on Beach St and proceed 2 or three blocks.
• Turn West (right) on Ludelle St. (Ludelle St is one block south of Lancaster Ave.)
• The warehouse is the 2nd building on the right (north side of Ludelle)
