At left, the autocrat thanks those who helped with this fine event. At right,
the finalists in the Rapier tournament appeared in court to determine the
winner. Part of the tournament required participants to hurl creative puns
and insults at their opponents.
At
left, Her Majesty congratulates the winner of the Rapier competition, having
just bested Don Shea before the populace. At right, Daniel is recognized (after
4 or 5 false starts) in court.
Many overdue awards were given during court. At right, Centurion Gustav
Hastings emerged victorious in the Chivalric List and is honored in court by His
Majesty Aaron.
Baron Vallust and Baroness Ascelyn took time to recognize those members of the
populace attending their first event. Vivat! At right, I believe this was an
Award of Arms being given.
At left, is James Cahill of Bonwicke receiving an Award of Arms. Congratulations
Lord James! At right is Aaron of Blacklake, son of Mistress Ulrica and Lord
Sigrun.
On the left, Their Majesties bestow a Sable Crane upon Lady Yousle for her
service to the kingdom. At
right, there's Centurion Chiang being recognized in court for the benefit of
those that might have missed his elevation on the list field.
