The Final Round

On the left, Sir Mahadi (facing us) finds his former squire, Sir Drake in this first bout of the final round. On the right, Sir Drake shows Sir Mahadi just how well his training has been.


On the left, Sir Mahadi shows Sir Drake that he may not have taught him everything. On the right, this is the shot from Sir Drake that defeated Sir Mahadi in their first bout.


 

At left, Ansteorra has a new Prince with Sir Drake's second defeat of his former knight, Sir Mahadi. Vivat, Prince! At right, HE Don~a Kayleigh Drake was speechless as she congratulated her champion.



On the left, the Baron & Baroness of Bonwicke, Sir Drake's former home, give their sincere congratulations. On the right, Their Majesties Daffydd & Octavia have summoned their children, Alaric & Kayleigh before them.


At left, Their Highnesses are crowned by Their Majesties. At right, the first court with the new heirs gets underway. Seated from left to right, His Majesty Daffydd, Her Majesty Octavia, His Highness Alaric and Her Highness Kayleigh.


On the left, His Highness gives a heart-felt thanks at having had this honor bestowed upon him in the Western Region where he once resided and in the presence of so many friends while there. On the right, Her Highness, Kayleigh, was still in shock. The rapier community must be particularly elated as Her Highness, herself a Don~a, is one of the most accomplished of their group.


At left, Viscount Galen of Bristol receives an exquisite sword from Sir Godwin, for displaying the best model of chivalry during the tournament. On the right, Joanna Montgomery is made Baroness to the Court of Ansteorra, amidst loud Vivats!.


On the left,  starting on the right, Lady Myfanwy, Mistress Mirrim, Lord Daniel, Viscount Galen, Lady Arabella, Baroness Xene and HL Raimond during the closing court. Behind Lady Myfanwy is Sir Burke (the Kingdom Seneschal) and two rows back behind Daniel & Galen is Sir Emrys and Baroness Brianna, Baron & Baroness of Bjornsborg. At extreme left, (above Raimond), is Lord Virgil von Augsburg (squire to His Highness Alaric) who is seated next to Lady Ameline.
