Her Excellency, Baroness Caitrin applauded the superb efforts of her Canton of Glaslyn at the beginning of evening court.
At
left, Lady Melisant d'Aulnay, (called Capricia), was recognized with a Sable Comet for her service to
Glaslyn. At right, Lord Herres also received a Sable Comet for his exceptional service.
At left, Lord David de la Roke was certainly deserving of a Comet for his long service to his Canton.
On the right, Master Airaklee Wolf, Lord Iames Laughlin and Baroness Caitrin listen attentively as Lord David tells of the prowess witnessed during the Rapier tournament.
At left, the outgoing Defenders of the Flame were called into court. At right,
De ja vu, the new Defenders of the Flame were announced. Sir Romanius (chivalric) and Don Brendon (rapier) successfully defended their titles and will continue as the current year's Defender's.
